Clarendon Brewing – Terms & Conditions of Trade

1. Payment Terms

Payment is due within 7 days from the date of invoice. Late payments may incur a 2% monthly interest fee on the outstanding balance.

2. Retention of Title

All goods remain the property of Clarendon Brewing until full payment has been received.

3. Delivery & Risk

Risk in the goods passes to the purchaser upon delivery. The purchaser is responsible for ensuring products are stored correctly to maintain quality.

4. Returns & Claims

• Any claims for damaged, faulty, or incorrect products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Returns will only be accepted if the issue is reported within this timeframe and the product is in its original, unopened packaging (where applicable).
• Clarendon Brewing reserves the right to inspect the returned goods before issuing a credit or replacement.
• Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
• Credits or replacements will be issued at Clarendon Brewing’s discretion.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrectly supplied.

5. Keg Policy

Kegs remain the property of Clarendon Brewing and must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Failure to return kegs on time may incur a late fee or replacement charge.

6. GST & Pricing

All prices are listed in AUD and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

7. Force Majeure

Clarendon Brewing is not liable for delays or failure to supply due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, transport disruptions, or supplier shortages.
